How is tax calculated on purchases? Orders shipping to California and New York will be charges sales tax.
What time does my order have to be placed in order to ship out today? Most orders ship out within two business days. If you have an order that needs to be shipped out same day, it must be submitted by 10am PST.
What does it mean to place a pre-order? Pre-orders are for items not currently in-stock. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. You will not be billed for the item until it ships.
Do you provide gift receipts or gift wrapping? All orders ship without pricing information, but we do not currently offer gift receipts or gift wrapping.
The size or color I want is not showing up or says Sold Out. Can I still order it? Our inventory is updated in real time. All available sizes and colors are displayed online. If the item says Sold Out, you can enter your email address to be notified if the item is re-stocked. Occasionally we do find styles in our warehouse, so if you really love something, please Contact Us to be put on our waiting list.
If I ordered the wrong item/size by mistake, can I edit my order? Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it's been placed. If you need to make a change, we can cancel your current order (unless it's been shipped) and you will be able to place a new order for the correct item(s).
I changed my mind. How can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order at any time before it ships out. Please call Customer Service at 1.800.770.0027 to do so.
Can I apply a discount or a promotion to an order I already placed? Discount and promotions are only valid on new purchases placed within the timeframe of the offer. Unfortunately, they can not be applied to your prior purchases. In the event of an exchange, a discount may be used as long as the discount was applied on the original purchase.
I need to exchange the style I bought. What do I do? Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.770.0027 so they can reserve your exchange item for you.
I bought an item on sale, but did not use it. May I return it for a refund? All items purchased on sale are only eligible to be returned for store credit or exchanged. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
I want to buy an item that is marked Final Sale. If I don't like it or it doesn't fit, can I return it or exchange it? Any item purchased that is marked Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly marked on the site.
After I return an item, how long will it take to refund my card? The return process usually takes two weeks after we have received your package at our warehouse. During the holidays it may take an additional two weeks to process. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for them to process and post the refund to your account. Note: Returns sent to our corporate office instead of our warehouse, will take an additional 5-7 business days to process, and a additional shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
