Shipping Costs

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $75

Orders will ship out within two business days of payment authorization, and will arrive 5-9 business days from the date shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday may require additional time to process and ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Linea Pelle, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

ORDER ARRIVAL
Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Linea Pelle at full price are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased on sale are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

Items purchased as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover return/exchange shipping with the exception of leather jackets.

Damaged Items: Please contact Customer Service immediately if you receive a damaged item.


RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Linea Pelle reserves the right to accept returns and issue refunds at our discretion.

All items purchased from Linea Pelle retail partners, must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased.

WARRANTY
Linea Pelle guarantees all products to be free of damage for the first 90 days from the time of purchase, and will replace or refund in the event a problem occurs. After 90 days we will attempt to assist with repairs, including replacement hardware, to the extent the items or repair services are possible. Please note, Linea Pelle products are made of made of washed Italian leather. Animal skin is inherently prone to occasional blemishes and bruising. This tends to show more with light to medium color leathers, and only adds to the character of the casual vintage look of our products. Our items are treated with a post-construction enzyme wash, which creates a natural weathered look and fraying on the edges. These are not considered defective or damaged characteristics of our styles, and will not be accepted as such.

REPAIRS
For all repairs, proof of purchase from LineaPelle.com is required. If your item was purchased from a Linea Pelle retail partner, please contact the retailer about repairs.
